hi im new to growing could anyone tell me if these grow tents start up kits are any good and if so could recommend a few thanks

It depends on your budget and intended space. You could do just as fine with some white plastic or white painted walls.

300-400 got alot of space only want to do 6-10 plants cheers

Is that your total budget or for the tent only? What lighting will you use? Do you have to buy that as well?
