Grow tent size in closet

I have a closet that is about 5 feet wide and 25 inches deep in one of my bedrooms. I want to turn it into a grow closet but I have to use a grow tent for privacy purposes. Height is not an issue. Obviously I would like to use the biggest one I can to maximize yield but at the same time I want to have adequate air flow. I've modified the sliding doors on the closet by cutting off an extra inch or so on the bottom of the doors to increase air flow. The A/C vent comes out right next to the closet so it will be pulling air from there and exiting through the top of the tent into the attic right below a roof vent. A 2' x 4' tent would be tight since it would there would only be about 6" of clearance on each side. I'm not sure if that is enough room for air flow. I can always go down to a 2' x 3' tent if I have to. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

i personally would go with a 4x2 push the tent all the way against one wall. most of your airflow will be from outside the closet regardless.. If you get a 2x3, you will wish you got that extra ft

I have a 5x5 closet and i have stuffed a 3x3 & a 4'x20" tent in there. i keep the closet door open and use 200cfm exhaust fans with passive intake.the room its in is about a 20x20 bedroom with a 8500btu ac unit, i keep the room 70f and inside the tents are 79 during lights on. (QB LED's)

2x4 would be perfect imo .. I recently set one in a closet with about an inch clearance and with the inline fan , no probs on airflow .

Third recommendation to go with the 2 x 4. Exhaust out the top vent and pull intake air passively through the lower vents.

Do some form of LST - super cropping, manifolding, SCROG - to keep a flatter canopy. The best way to maximize that 8 square feet. And depending on the lighting and strains, you can haul ~1 lb. from a 2 x 4.

That’s what I’ve got going on,There’s actually 2 tents ,, split with a Y - taking air from above, carbon filter on the end of the exhaust. Saves on headroom (light)OP.
