Grow Tent Set-Up 250 Watt or 400 Watt Mh/hps? Help me spend money ~$350 bucks

Hey Fellow Growers, Still a noob here. Decided to ditch my grow box and go with a grow tent. I have 60" H x 36" W x 20" D grow tent( one of the ones found on amazon ~$70). I currently have about 6 26 watt 6500k CFL and my temps inside the tent are around 75 to 81F Humidity about 45% and is in my closet which is about about 10' H x 6.5' x 3' D. With the room temperature being around 74 to 77 F. I currently have one 8 inch table fan in there circulating air with the passive intakes open. I also have a 4inch inline fan ~ 170 cfm but it is not hooked up.

My question is for the space I have would it be better to go with a 250 watt or 400 watt HID digital grow system with at least air cooled hood?

I Plan on using the 4 inch inline fan attached like this filter>>hood>>Fan>>ducting>>out the tent.

Would I be able to keep temps around optimal range if I go with the 400 watt or would a 250 be better choice for the space? I Plan to grow about 2 or 3 plants and would like to yield about 3oz total.

I would go with the 400 watt one. The 250w will cover a 2x2 space and 400w will cover 3x3 space efficiently.

Okay so do you think the fan will be able to cool the area well enough with the 400 watt set up? btw its a centrifugal type fan ~170 cfm. I was thinking about going with maybe these...

Not sure on other 400 watters.

I read somewhere that if you dim the balast with 400 watt hps/mh light you loose some of the spectrum. Would this be the same if I dimmed the ballast and used a 250 watt mh/hps light? with the system above? or is this not possible?

Also given the size of the space do you think i would be able to fit a 12" long carbon scrubber in there attached to the hood or some duct then to hood?

go with the 400 watt your fan should be ok its replacing the air in the closet 5 tiimes a minute

i would go with a 400 digital bulb/ballast gonna have to air cool the hood to keep temps down. but i have also grown in a small space like that and got great results with 4ft t5 setups. a 4 bulb 4 ft t5 is about the same lumens as a 400 mh but less heat.
