I have a 73x73x73 inch mylar lined tent , I plan on dividing it into 2 seperate rooms (Evenly).What would be a sufficient lightning set up for each room. I plan on ordering some lights tomorrow , and My Budget is like 400$(I already have one 450 watt mh/hps light w/reflector and ballast).And Also what would be a simple way to divide the tent in half . What is something I could use to block out light. Basically Im a be trying to do a sea of green , With a mixture of soil and hydroponically grown plants .

You could probably use Panda Film for this. Take two of the 6 mil sheets and put them back to back, with the white facing out on both sides for reflectivity. Just leave flaps on the top and bottom and gorilla tape or staple it into into the tent. That'd be a quick fix and should work well.

You could flower with your 400 watt mh/hps, otherwise buy a 600 watt hps to flower and use the 400mh as your veg light.

Clonex is a good cloning solution. I'd also buy olivias as well for foliar feeding the clones mixed at 1/10th strength.

For cloning/Vegatating, You could pick up some cheap T12's (long florescent lights). I have two, and they work great for that purpose. T-5 floros would be better, but youre working with a modest budget. Also consider going to home depot and getting a few CFLs, there are 50-65 watt ones that high lumen output, use low energy, and low heat output. (great for side lighting/supplementation. Flowering, you should go no lower than a 600 watt HPS. Also consider how your venting, air circulation, cooling, humidity. Environmental factors are key when you want to grow great bud. Good luck

I want to add it probably isn't necessary to split the 2 rooms up evenly. My veg tent is almost half of the size of my flower tent and Im rarely ever running outta room in there. It's in the flowering tent you need that extra room! Also with two separate lights in one tent even if it's split up is gonna be a bitch to deal with heat. GL

I haven't even started working on ventilation air circulation cooling and humidity I really need someone to coach me through this as Im actually finishing my set up. I have a small oscilating fan blowing on my plants half the day , I also have a small fan blowing air out . Odor isn't a problem for me I live in the sticks. Im framing my tent in as we speak , because I had to move it to an out door building ,, Im a add styrofoam insulation and paneling on the outside. I really wanna get it right this grow .

Since you're on a budget I'd advise lighting one side of your bicameral tent first - either 2x 400w or a 600 on a light mover.
Cloning solution? Anything with IBA andor NAA in it. (indolebutyric and naphthaleneacetic acids - rooting hormones)

Man can you break this down to "stupid" people terms for me :)

Bicameral = two rooms ...
That is a large tent, and you want to have enough light per area. So I'm thinking ... since you're dividing your tent into two spaces, light one side brightly enough until your budget allows you to get enough light for all 36 square feet. Go forward in stages. My suggestion anyway. cn
