Grow tent kit?

ok,i decided to put some extra money into it. i know it would do me a great job, but the thing is that i already have a bulb+shade+ballast and i thought if i buy all the stuff separately i will save some money. Can you advise me what exactly do i need and how to combine the things so i buy everything i need at once and take care of my babies.

grow tents can be nice but like you said you have a bulb and ballast. i have no idea how much ur paying but there are fairly cheap plain tents for you to build up urself available at genhydro.com,,,,,,good luck.

will a 4'' extractor fan with a 4'' carbon filter be enough for a 400w hps without a cool tube?

i have a 400 watt hps in a 2x4x5 tent with the 4inch can fan works good be sure your exhaust is in a straight line for best results . this setup will also create negitive air preasure so have a passive in take on the bottom of the tent. good luck and good night.......
