grow tent , how many plants can i fit in ?

im looking at buying a grow tent 2morrow the 1meter x 1meter x 1.8 meter or the 80cm x 80cm x 1.6m , how many plants can i fit into these tents without effecting the yeild 2 much ? .. i have a 250 hps, would be awesome to actually get replies from people with the tents

I have a 2ftx4x7 and ill be using a 250 for flower. If your paying for your seeds i would just grow 2-4 depending on strain. If your doing bag seeds i would say see how many you can get:bigjoint: Im going to be doing two with the 250watt. I think 100w a peice will be more then enough. and you can always throw in some cfls on the side.:blsmoke: check out my grow journal in a couple weeks and i should have the hps in there soon and well see how it dose for 2 plants. I only have one right now, but ill be starting another Jack47 or maybe gh super lemon haze. not sure yet

Smaller plants = more frequent harvest=more pots to water. I like many small plants and try to keep it under the law limit. I like small plants cuz i had a sativa strain that grew 3~4times taller when flowered so when i flowered at 1 foot tall it grew like 4 feet tall when harvest so i like smaller plants.
This is probably the size f your tent and i have approx 12~16 1 gal pots with 2~4 half gal pots at a time.

In that amount of space you'd be OK to do 4 plants, really. Sure, you can fit in more, but really, try 4. Veg em a couple days longer than your used to and they'll fill out that tent the best.

Remember, it isnt about how many plants you have. Its about the light and enviromnemt. 4 is plenty!

check out my bag seed grow, i started with 6 in my tent then weeded out the males and week ones i have 4 in there now 3 are between 3 and 4 ft tall, next time im gonna put smaller ones in and more of them

shit i'd do one plant maybe two..250w is nothing..less is more bru remember that

Im using a 600w hps to flower but i was referring to the tent size for 16 plants. And i only grow my plants to 8~10 inches tall than flower so 12~16 plants pretty good for me.

I do veg under 250w mh in same size tent as well and have no problems eiher.
