Hello All, I need to know if I should keep the filter exhaust fan running all the time or just when the lights are on ?

Keep the fan on both during the day and night because plants need fresh air at all times.

Yes but your reasoning is wrong. Plants dont uptake co2 when the lights are off. They do however still resperate and if your fan isnt going the humidity can get way to high (depending on how full your canopy is)
