Grow Tent Differences??

As long as no light leaks are there any significant differences in grow tents, yield wise? Other than 1 may be $500 and the other $69.99

Maybe but it wouldn't be much. You do pay for what you get quality wise and that does include the reflective materiel used on the inside.

I usually go for tents in the $100+ range. More expensive tents usually hold more weight. Ie. A $500 Gorilla tent can hold 400 pounds but a $100 tent holds less than 100.

Expensive tents have thicker material. Still the same gaps in the zippers. I personally stick to cheaper tents cause I dont think the higher price is justified.

Summit Grow Labs Tents are the best in the industry and cheaper than Gorilla. I have both and can say for certain the Summit is a beauty and an improvement in almost every way. Unless you’re running hps

I have a cheap amazon 5x5, vivosun, I think it was like $180 CAD but I can’t remember exact price.

It works for me cus I don’t move it or take it down and put it back up ever. I don’t think it would last long if had to do that.

I’m not worried about light leaks because it’s in an unused room with no windows or anything.

The zippers are fine, poles click into place, welds are fine. I don’t think it’d hold much more shit hanging from the bars. I have a batwing/6” fan/filter and an oscillating fan hung upside down. I think it’s maxed out. Made me kinda nervous when I was installing the exhaust stuff.

I don’t regret buying it but I’ve never used an expensive one so I don’t know what I’m missing

And when I say I’m not worried about light leaks I don’t mean there are any. When I first set it up I checked the whole thing and couldn’t find any.

The way they fold up the covers for the vents/window for packaging leaves kinks in them though and you’ll get leaks through them. Easily fixable though

no good for me would get way to hot even with LEDs in my environment. Nice dense fabric.

Gorilla all the way. I've had mine since 2012 and I've took it down several times and also moved it several other times.

Best tiny tents

No difference in yield from tent to tent. A $500 tent isn't going to increase the yield over a $100 tent. It might be constructed better but that's it.
