So I just found out that my tap water has a pH of 7,21 which I assume is not good since I must water my plants with 6,0-7,0

not good dude.... i killed 4 seeds before i realised my ph was very high.... u need to get it under 6.0.....

So you're saying a ph between 6,0 and 7,0 is not good for soil growing? How come?

between 6/7 the roots will have problems uptaking nutes..... check out that link i sent.... its my grow right now.... my tap water ph was just 7.2 and killed all my seedlings within a few days....So you're saying a ph between 6,0 and 7,0 is not good for soil growing? How come?

Ok, but there are plenty other sources stating that a PH between 6 and 7 is the best for growing in soil.

how old are ur girls...? i ph to 5.8 in seedlings and veg and increase to between 6 and under 6.5 in flower....

I P.H my water/whatever i am adding to 6.5 to 6.8 in soil. I also use distilled water and it is acidic. The distilled water i buy has a P.H. of 5.8 right off the shelf.So you're saying a ph between 6,0 and 7,0 is not good for soil growing? How come?

Growing with a 200$ budget can be tough...
Is the odor going to be an issue? Not having to get a carbon filter/fan will save money...
Just try and stay as small as you can. Personally, I would go get a 150 or 250 watt sunsystem(HPS) and 1 40watt cfl(veg) with a reflecter(lowes 10$)
Lights: about 100$
Hangers : about 6$
Fox farm ocean forest soil: about 15$(get the SMALL bag)
Fox farm big bud nutes: about 20$
Timer:8$
Put that mofo in a closet with a fan and your good to go.
Just my thoughts. Many different ways you could go. LED, all cfl. A mix.
Skip the tent tho if you are on a 200$budget. Cause IMO soil, lights, nutes all take priority.If you need a box, make one. I bet you could make one out of duct tape and cereal box card board!

A closet would give me a shitload of problems that I don't wanna deal with. I'd have to drill holes and shit. Yes, the odor would be a big freaking problem, I don't wanna get busted! So that's why I wanna go with a grow tent because it has holes and everything ready.

Also, what do I connect E27 socket bulbs to? Let's say I have around 4.
