Grow tent, 3x3 ventilation temperature issue

I’m fairly new to growing, and I need some help from other fellow growers as I’m in a situation I cannot figure out myself. I have set up almost everything for my hydroponic setup; 600w led light, t6 cloudline, a couple fans as well as a filter. I know these are not the temperatures I am looking for so I need to figure out how to cool it down. It goes from 81 degrees to 83 degrees regularly with the light on. I am venting my exhaust, through a carbon filter, outside my room. The room is a solid 76.5.

I am using passive intake, as I have two intake holes at the bottom completely open for the air exchange, and I have my tent sucking in air at a setting of 5, I figure it’s 177 or so cfm (Calculated as the t6 has 10 settings, 354 cfm so setting 5 would be 50% of 354

I am stuck on this problem because I have yet to find a cost effective way so I can go ahead and plant my seeds. any and ALL help is appreciated, urgent!!

You see that bend in the ducting attached from the fan to the carbon filter? Shorten it so it's connected straight. You don't want any bends in that or it'll reduce the amount of exchange in the tent.

I think you’d be better off with a intake fan, which will help keep the temps around 80ish. When you flower, you’re gonna have to close the vents because of light leaks, which will require a intake fan later on. Either way 83 is not bad, just stay below 85

Agree w/ Fuq. Also, led runs need to be higher ambient temps- 80-85. Not sure if that applies to the blue veg light as well though

I fixed the ducting, but is that really going to make that much of a temperature difference? Especially when I can just ramp up the speed on the exhaust if the line is too long.

so get an intake fan when having to flower, but the temps I have are fine right now? I’m going to place my seeds and germinate them inside of a rapid rooter, I thought the seeds were supposed to be around 70-75 temp

Hps ect. Not led. Someone feel free to correct me but leaf surface temps react differently for led compared to hps/ non led

Hmm.. so your saying to replace the entirety of the light and switch to hps? Or just during another stage.. I was going to switch to HPS when it hit towards the flowering stage

No im saying your temps are fine
Even during the ‘young’ stage? I posted above I was going to put them in rapid rooters and just germinate them that way. I thought my temps during young stage were around 75, correct me if I’m wrong of course

Leaf surface temps react/run differently if your using led compared to HPS . While using led lights temps need to be higher than 78-79 like if your running hps.cfl / non-leds. Again im not 100% on that blue veg light being applied as a normal led

I keep my temps at 82, and run led. Much faster growing that way

All the time except from when they are seedlings. Seedlings get the windowsill, seeds get started on top of the cablebox.

The problem with transferring, with my specific hydroponic set, is that I am starting my seeds off right in the rapid rooter. Am I supposed to start them off someplace else and then transfer?

Cant you just dim the light down? If you cant, just get a cheap t5 floro to start your plants.
