Decided to.go with 250w hps dual and a 125w cfl 2700k for flowering do this seem.ok.guy's??

Depends how many plants. Put yes the color spectrum is correct for flowering.. u and google need to become friends

the hps are your ticket for flower, the more of the red spectrum during flower the better off you will be. IMO i would use them all for veg and the hps for flower.. but all the light helps.

More light = more weed.
