Ok, I have a room for growing. First I want to set up my lighting system but I do not want to put any holes in the ceiling. So I though about building a PVC flat canopy. I just need someone opinion in best way to layout lights and to hang them. Or should I use 2x4. I don't know they weight limit of PVC but I use led lights and the room is well ventilated. Needs some ideas on how I should set up. Greatly appreciated.

is there a specific reason you don't want to cut holes in your ceiling? i ask because i felt the same way when i was planning out my grow setup..ended up cuttin' the holes and now i simply exhaust into my attic; very happy with this decision.
how big is your room?
also, you're going to have to have fabricate the room in a way where absolute darkness is possible. this also means you may have to think about a separate ventilation system apart from the one in your "well ventilated room". <-- all depends on how you go about light-sealing said room.
and for suspending your lights you could do this:
*3 pieces of wood is all ya need and will hold your light no problemo.
i even went the extra mile and painted my wood white, lol.

Ok well I finally moved to new place and grow room is going to be 12by12. I got some panda film coming to black out light from window and cover flooring. The reason I didn't want to but hole in roof is I just didn't want it to look mess also once I start going I think I will move to basement once Remodel. I got some LEDs on the way which I think is good. http://bit.ly/18eYm1s. I guess I can do the way ccc Illustrated. Room going to be running around 70 degrees has it own ac unit when light come I can check temp with lights on. I will have to figure out a way to vent to attic I think I have an idea but not sure.

go to high tech garden supply they sell a rack to hang lights from ,
@kinddiesel can you give me a URL I google but I have no clue I been looking for something nice.
Also just wanted to add it has a bathroom in grow room so I will remove bathroom vent and add a big vortex Exhaust to suck from bath and grow room. Idea so far. I will make a layout to show u guys and tell me what you think. For intake I am not sure yet I guess ac from house will do.

im sure you could go any where get theses. that's the only way to go if your in a rental property or what ever ...... only problem I see in it. height limit, but prob ok for you, unless your growing monsters like some (people) lol
Ya high limit would suck. I just went ahead and put holes in the ceiling lol. The next thing is combating smell. The room being so big 12x12x5.5 I would need a big exhaust fan with carbon filter but I was researching and seen ozone gen. Does anyone use one and how does it help to reduce smell when flowering ? Or do I go carbon filter way. Which way is best.
