Grow room Questions

Hello all. I am new here but have been lurking and learning for about a month. I have a few questions I would like to ask. Thank you in advance for all your help!

I have a flowering area in a closet that is 3' wide by 3' deep and 6' tall. This is raw space with nothing in it. My vegetative area is separate and completed.

First question, what size HPS lighting should I use in this area with an ebb and flow system? I cant decide between 250 or 400 due to heat issues in this enclosed space. I dont want to start a fire or burn my plants up because I put to much in there, but I also dont want to under buy. I do have a way to vent in and out outside air. Its almost winter here and cold air venting will be no problem.

Second question, is it worth getting the HPS with Super Agro or Eye Hortilux? Is one better than the other?

Third question, depending on my space and the lights chosen, how many plants would you put in this setup?

Thank you again for any help!

A 3'x3' ebb & flow tray can easily contain 9 plants (1sq ft per). Get the 400 with the extra blue spectrum. You could yield anywhere from 10-16 oz.
