Grow Room or 4x4 tent?

I have been saying that I was gonna start growing for many years, but this is the time. I'm planning my first round of DWC in a couple of months. My grow will be a Scrog in DWC. I already have all of the stuff to set it up. Still have my exhaust fan, filter, and light...outside of the growing space I'm good on everything else. I have a loft that I can grow in and the ceiling is only 80". My plan is to get the gorilla lite 4x4 tent, which is 79" tall and the Timber Redwood VS light to put in it. In this loft, I could build a closet as big as 8x12 if I wanted to. The original plan was to build the closet and then keep the tents in the closet so they remained out of sight.

Question to those of you who have grown in a tent...how big of a closet/room should I build to enclose a 4x4 tent growing with a DWC scrog? Will I need to get all the way around it? Or will I be able to reach everything from the front? I have plenty of room so don't want to short myself. I can add a second closet on if I want to have a veg only tent in the second one if needed.

Can't make my mind up if I want to spend the money for the tent or spend the money on the room to grow in without a tent. Either way I already have the lumber and sheeting to make the "closet". It will vent to the attic above so that isn't a problem. The room below it is air conditioned and the intake vent will be in the floor of the "closet" so it will be cool air when needed in the summer. I won't need more than I can grow in a 4x4 and don't want to buy any more lights if not necessary. The Redwood VS will do a 4x4 just right I think.

I grew in a 5x5 gorilla tent and had it in a place where I could only easily access the front...

I hated it. So much so that I now built out a grow room in my shed. I found that since I wanted to use my lights effectively, I ran a 4x4 canopy for the scrog in the 5x5, which gave me some space while they were smaller but by mid/late flower it was just a hassle. I did end up buying another light but my 9.5x12 grow room is giving me plenty of space so far to handle a 4x8 canopy

The more I think about working with the plants later in the grow, it seems like a room would be the way to go. Thanks guys! More things to think about and plot.
