Grow room Idea HALP!!!

Ok I am putting together a grow room / closet. I was really really stoned when I came up with the plan so I thought I had better run this buy the peeps at rollitup.org. I have not started building it yet, and will order my seeds when construction is complete. I will be building the closet in my garage it is only a single wide garage so space is a premium. What I want to accomplish is harvest 2-3 lbs every harvest to accommodate this I am planning on building a structure with the following dimensions

Exterior dimensions:
6 feet, 6 inches tall by 8 feet, 2 inches long, and 4 feet, 2 inches deep

Interior dimensions:
Main compartment (Grow area):
6 feet tall by 6 feet long and 4 feet deep. (= 24 square feet)

Compartment 2 (upper compartment) (cloning area / geminating)
2 feet wide 4 feet deep (height will be adjustable dependending on the need of compartment 3)

Compartment 3 (lower compartment) (mothers compartment)
2 feet wide 4 feet deep (height will be adjustable)


This will be built using 2x4’s and ½ inch plywood.

Once built I will be caulking all inside seams, painting with KILLZ and covering with panda plastic. Air intake will be filtered and on a butterfly valve to minimizes air / Co2 leakage. Exhaust will also be on a butterfly valve (to minimize contaminated air leaking in to room.) And filter to minimize odor. I am geeky and plan on getting hitech Co2, temp, humidity monitors.

I plan to veg using CFL and flower using HPS

So now my questions:

1. Is the interior large enough to be able to yield 2-3 lbs
2. How many CFL’s would I need to Veg in this room?
3. Should I use CFL? If no what should I use?
4. What wattage HPS should be used to Flower?
5. Will heat be an issue in this space?
6. What kind of intake and exhaust fan should I use for good air /co2 flow?
7. If you were to change anything on this what would you change and why?

Most people are at work right now or sleeping.....me im just stoned, but your idea sound alright, put as many cfls in there that you can

So now your answers:

 -- there is more at play than area -- but this is enough area to yield what you want. nutes, strain, temperature all plays important roles...
 2. How many CFL’s would I need to Veg in this room?
-- the more the merrier, and the closer the better. i prefer the tube cfls (shoplight-style), not bare-bulb setups...but to each their own :)
 3. Should I use CFL? If no what should I use?
-- CFL for veg/cloning -- HPS for flower
 4. What wattage HPS should be used to Flower?
-- with this size, i'd have a 1000 watt hps, or two 400 watts.
 5. Will heat be an issue in this space?
-- heat is ALWAYS an issue -- but easily (not cheaply) dealt with
 6. What kind of intake and exhaust fan should I use for good air /co2 flow?
-- co2 doesnt 'flow' -- you have to have regulators and monitors for that (im not THAT intense..yet :]). i would recommend an oscillating fan for the flower room -- two if room permits.
 7. If you were to change anything on this what would you change and why?
-- i bought seeds first...i found that it kept me motivated to finish...a friend of mine (who started at the same time) isnt half way done...
