Grow Room Exhaust

Building 2 new grow rooms figured id share some pictures heres my exhaust for smell/fresh air intake

Lookin' good, but what's up with that perforated bit? Is that to keep plants from escaping the night before harvest? Good idea if so... wouldn't want the cops knocking on your door saying "we found these girls down by the highway and they said they were yours..."
