ouch a bit hot alright,

a few more details needed;

size of grow room,
outside room temp,
what lights ru running and wattage,
fans, what rating are they as in the amount of air the move..

can't see why it is getting so hot, but add these few details and I am sure someone will help….

Nice...

Welcome to RIU, it is a good idea to give lots of detail when asking a question like this because many things can influence a heat problem. Are these fans CPU fans, duct booster fans or centrifugal fans? What is the ambient temp of your intake air? Is it coming from the room or from the outside directly? How big is your grow space? What lighting are you using etc.. Many people will be happy to help with enough detail. Also, what is the CFM rating of your fans?

Size of grow tent is 1.2m x 1.2m x 2m. Cold air in take is by placed on the inside of the window with window open the outside temp is about 12c but the room itself is about 30c. When placing my hand at the fan that is letting in cold air by the window its actually sucking more of the room air not the air from outside the window so i may move my pipe closer to the cold air outside. Im runing a 600w light hps, im not sure on the rating on the fans. Iv opened the door to the bedroom the tent is in and got it down to 31c

well not knowing what lights your running, or what else you have in the room that puts off heat. just going off the fact that your using 4 in fans....

I would use a 6 in inline to exhaust, make shure the exhaust fan is pulling air out from the top of your grow area. make sure your intake is somewhere reasonably cool. eg the intake is indoor air from the room, or fresh air from outside, the basement... and the hot exhaust is going somewhere else (outside, another room, whatever just not the same room as the exhaust. hth

you could try a box fan in the window.

ok that setup looks fine (i thnk the fan is a little small but it's ok), the room its in is 30c thats obviously too hot unless your running co2. just get a fan in the window to cool the room off a bit.

Yeah, definitely move the end of the intake closer to the 12 deg air that will help alot. The fan you linked to is 110CFM which "could" work fine for an intake but you need to make sure you minimize any bends in the ducting. Bends in the ducting will greatly/exponentially reduce the CFM that is moving into your tent. Straighten it out as much as possible and then see what the temps do.
