Grow problem

Week 2 of flower, started to see the tips turn a little brown and yellow. Ill be posting a pic of my set up, its an old pic and the light is all the way at the top of the box now.
Heat has been around 75 and humidity 45%.
Im on 12/12 and its a 150w led light.
Box has intake and out fans, kept it as cool as I can

This is my second grow ever so Im trying to fix before it gets bad.



Also i used organic soil and have not changed the soil or ever added nutrients or any of that, i use plain water that sits out for a while and then give it to the plant only when its just getting dry. I check on it twice a day and have been babying it

Any suggestions?

Those burnt tips mean your at the threshold on nutes. Any more and your going to burn the plant. Keep your water cycles in check, make sure you get a little run off. It will be ok.

Your organic soil is a bit too hot. It should get better unless you have something still composting in it.

That's what you want. It means that the plant has all it wants. It means anymore and they will burn.

A lot of growers aim for that.

Keep your watering technique in check and it will be fine.

I never added any nutrients and its been fine the whole time, I guess thats why Im confused.

It's fine. If it doesn't kill seedlings and they don't show more burn than that then keep that soil.

Plant is a bit on the scrawny side, eh? Next time before switching to 12/12 top her so the plant will fill out better. Good job on keeping the plant and bulb so close together. that will help make up for the smaller bulb.
