Grow problem, help!

I'm new to the growing scene so again I'll try my best to explain well.

I have had 3 plants for about 1 month now and only around 5/7 days ago I transplanted them into 11 litre pots. We had to give them away for a while due to house inspections and whatever but when we got them back they where slightly light burned, I was running a 250 but after transplant I upped it to a 400. The yellowing in the leaves wasn't that bad although recently I have been seeing it spread up the old growth from the tip although the new growth seems to be ok. I haven't used any nutes or anything.

If anyone could give me a hand that would be great as I'm here to learn and listen :)

It's time to feed, boyo. Start at a mild dose (500 PPM) and start to crank it up until you max at let's say 1000 PPM at week 7. Your plant could use a trim also, as all those fucked leaves are taking away from the good ones. Cut those large fans, feed it, and keep the light around 30" inches above your plant, you should be fine

Looks like broad mites from others I've seen with this problem

When I got the plants back they had a kind of lightburn because of the minimum space they had to stay alive in another home. I'm gonna had a look with a magnifying glass

does look like maybe mites all the little dots I see scope under leaf I bet there thing moving down there

Well the new growth doesn't have any white specks, when the guy took them off us he had them awful close to the light and had to chop a bit of the top so when we got them back we just suspected light burn

I watered the girls on Monday although on Tuesday I bought calmag. I got two littles and gave it two ml and they have seem to came along very well already, the leaves are more green and it has exploded in growth. Thank you people I'll try keep this updated
