I do not currently have any questions, just wanted to say Thanks again to everyone who helped me with my first grow, I am still learning but the knowledge I obtained from Grow 1 is pretty evident in how much better these plants look then the last ones.

Strain: Bison Breath (Greenpoint Seeds)
Tent: 20”x20”x48”
Light: Mars TS1000
Soil: Fox Farm Ocean Forest
Pot Size: SOLO Cups to 3 Gallon Fabric Pots
Ventilation: 4” Exhaust Fan with Carbon Filter - 6” Desk Fan

Hope Not buddy
I will post some pics tonight to confirm with everyone once lights come back on. Will have sucked to wasted almost 6 weeks but I did learn even more so it's not a complete waste. I also ordered some fem gorilla punch seeds and have some Humboldt green crack f1 fem seeds and a fruity chronic guice fem seed along with a ton of bag seed and the remaining 8 bison breath seeds. All I know is with a space so small i really ca only mess with fem seeds for a bit, just not enough room to waste time on potential males.

Unfortunately, yes, it looks like you got a couple boys. Time to pop those fems.
Thanks, that is what I was afraid of, damn shame too because they smell amazing (Kind of like Chem Dawg with a Berry undertone). I wish I had the space to grow a few more out to see but I guess that will have to wait and because the Gorilla Punch wont be here for a few days I am going to flip a coin and either start the Green Crack or Fruity Chronic Juice. Thanks for the quick reply! If you hear a horrible sound, don't worry it is just my heart breaking as I cut these down :wall:

So another new grower question, both plants vegged for 5 weeks in FFOF with 30% perlite added in. They were also fed occasionally with calmag and one time with Fox Farm Grow Big and Big Bloom at 25% strength. So my question is can I reuse this soil for this grow or should I toss it and use new soil? I would imagine that there is more then enough nutrients available still that I could use it again and just may need to feed earlier but I am also not sure what other issues could arise, if any.

It could be used but as a new grower if things go south you will question the quality of the soil and what to do next.
Why not go with new again since you have that down, if the $ don't matter and experiment with the old.

Good point, I still have a half bag of FFOF so I will use new for this then maybe I will find a second place to grow, mix up the old, and try some bag seed to see what happens. Thanks!

Put the males into flowering and get pollen from a male and cross it with that Gorilla Punch that is coming, then its not a total loss :weed: Take hurdles as strides! Let us know how that Gorilla Punch turns out, I just ordered some of the Ice Cream Punch!

Hell ya keep it. You even added some perlite like I should have done in the first place, and I reused mine 3 times before mixing a bunch of stuff in to make it into a long term no-till soil. I never gave it chemicals though, just organics (Earth Juice with EWC tea and top dressing). Big Bloom is organic though.

Here's the 3rd round in the same FFOF soil to give you an idea.

And round 4 with converted FFOF at day 25.

I should have done that but I already pulled them out, I do have 8 seeds left so I am sure I will get another male that could make some pretty good crosses. I didn't even see the Ice Cream Punch but that sounds pretty amazing as well, definitely post how that turns out! I am pretty stoked to see how the Gorilla Punch turns out, I just wish I had more room so that I could play around with reg seeds. (One Day!)

Damn they look amazing, I think you have sold me on recycling soil! What strain are you running?

Thanks. A couple clone only Sunset Sherbert's, a clone only Green Crack, and a Pineapple Express from seed.
I have some Green Crack Fem F1 seeds from humboldt, making me want to try them next! I just started germinating another Bison Breath seed, if its a male at least I will have the Fruity Chronic Juice Fem so its not as big of a waste. If they are both female I will just need to work on my training :D

There is always next time! And I will definitely let you guys know, probably do a grow journal this time around. I also picked up their Pre 98' Bubba x Stardawg "Pioneer Kush".

Just to continue my bad luck the Fruity Chronic Juice Fem seed has no tap root yet but the Bison breath seed I started 2 days later already had a .5" taproot and has been planted. I think the FCJ may be a dud so I started a Green Crack Fem Seed so that I will be guaranteed at least 1 female. If this Bison Breath is a male I may need to try my luck at breeding, a Bison Crack Breath strain sounds intriguing :D
