Grow law tracking

Seems that grow laws are changing daily...is there a site that tracks current status? It seems there are loop holes in all the state laws for plant max...is Colorado the most grower friendly state at this point?

The NORML site does a pretty good job of breaking down the laws state by state. I think Canada is the most grower friendly location in North America. Depends what you are looking for, are you looking for lots of plants or what? Medical or recreational?

Both medical and recreational...I assume medical will always have greater plant counts. Norml site seems to be behind...really looking for a site that essentially tracks status in real time.
