Grow journal for bagseed

i am still around. i screwed this up because i was using too small of a reservoir. To make a long story short, i tried switching the plant into a bigger netpot and ended up killing it in the process. I wanted to keep the plants small, but it was not feasible with this bagseed strain. Anyways, i built a larger reservoir with a rubbermaid, i also found my jamaican seeds that i thought i had lost. So, this next grow will be much better. I have already started it so be expecting something soon. I will continue the journal, but with the new plants that I have started. Within th enext couple weeks I should have some updates.

hey im not trying to bash on your grow but it seems as if the strain is unstable and not filled out at all for 30 days, but it looks as though its sativa and stretchind alot, so it could flower for 70-80 days whatever you do dont pick it early
Really? Didn't I say that like at least a couple times in this journal already. It wasn't anything I was doing (i had a 600 watt light on one plant), it just kept growing upwards. It finally stopped and started filling out, but yeah, it was probably going to go for 9 weeks altogether.

As stated in 2 threads previous to this one, I screwed up the last one. I was trying something new by trying to grow "bonzai-type" plants with bagseed in a little container, and it didn't work. The sativa phenotype in that particular bagseed strain killed that idea. So, I built a new bin (similar to ones i've used in the past) and we'll do it the way I know best. This is a 10 gallon rubbermaid bin fashoned with 2 large 6" net pots (that would normally go on a 5 gallon bucket). The usual volume of water that I fill it with is about 8 gallons, maybe a little less. I'm still using the Flora Nova, although its really starting to piss me off because of how bad it sometimes coats the roots with it's gunkiness. But, for now that's what I'm going to use. No more h202, the winter temps are helping to keep my resevoir cool, so i'm no't worrying about root rot.
As for the strains, the one on the right is from the same sativa-type genetics that the other came from. I am bound and determined to get some smoke from this bagseed strain and see what kind of high it gives. The one on the left, however, is a special one. It is from seed stock that I personally brought back from a little island known as Jamaica. If you look at the one picture, you can see how fat the leaves are. I grew one up outdoors a year ago, and it literally ozzed resin when you cracked open a bud.
I am going to try and keep these plants as short as possible. I have already topped the sativa one. I want the jamaican one to catch up as I started it about 1 week after the other one. Anyways, this will be my new grow journal for my Jamaican and Sativa #2.
