Grow fridge heat

First grow. Building a grow cabinet out of a fridge. The shed isnt climate controlled. Ive got the summer mostly figured out but id like to figure out how to grow in winter. Thinking about a glass panel in the front with gloves attached so i can reach in without loosing heat. Ill figure out that part. The question is, can i put a space heater directly in a box that small without killing the plants? Ive thought about using a minifridge or chest freezer inline with the intake and putting the heater in there to pump in preheated air. Ive also thought about building a larger box around the fridge so there would be an area that is heated to work on the plants. Or just insulate the shed but i dont necessarily want to pay to heat the whole shed. Thanks

Instead of insulating the entire shed why don’t you Build a box the size you want within the shed and insulate that

Don't put a space heater in a fridge. Try tube heaters, its a small space.

Not even sure if you will need a heater, a fridge is insulated.
Also it sounds like you not venting, so I assume you've come up with a solution for co2 and for humidity?

Theres a guy building a grow fridge right now on here but he is using the fridge cooling unit to keep temps down and injecting co2 and dehumidifying I think.

Try the search bar, see if you can find it.
