I wasnt sure where to post this, so if this is in the wrong place, please accept my apoligies in advance.
Basically I am looking to make a grow database. I figured I would start simple and build upon it as I go along. The thing is, I am new to growing and I am sure there are things I will overlook. So what I am asking is, would anyone be interested in having something like this for their own use? If so, are there any specific things you would want to be part of the database?
The general idea is that you would enter your grow details, and over time you would have a way to report on various things such as grow times, strain performance, light cycles, feeding schedules etc. Theoritically then, you could report on various items and see what's going on over time. I envison being able to pull reports on growth rate, etc., as well.
The key obviously is in the planning. And whilst all the "features" I envision, or have requested may not be available initially, it's best to know that these things will be implemented at a later date, therefore making the design scalable.
So having said that, please leave your comments, requests, or other feedback on this idea.
Thanks everyone!
