bake and destroy

Hello everyone, so I am a first-time grower and I just had some questions about how my plant is doing. I'll start at the beginning.
In early May I germinated 2 seeds that I had had in a dark place for about 3 years! Only kept them because they each came from some fire and were the only ones in an oz (different seeds, different weeds). Anyways, so after germination I planted both seeds. One sprouted up ridiculously fast and my cat proceeded to eat it after only about a week. The other seed was sloooooow. I'm talking like two weeks into veg and it's barely an inch tall. I kept it in veg for two and a half months and am now into my third week of flowering. Here are some pictures of what she looks like now. I did nothing in the way of topping or stress testing or even nutrients. I just let her do her thing. I wanted see how a cannabis plant grows and also I just didn't want to fuck it up (first time grow and all).
So I just wanted some people to take a look and give some pointers if needed. It's lost a couple bottom leaves (4-5) I think, which I'm told is normal. For being in the third week of flowering I feel like there should be some substantial growth going on but there's not. I also noticed a couple hairs turning orange but I think it was because light was too close. Last thought, thing this has to be some heavy Indica.
