Do unto others I say. I know I wouldnt want my neighbors to report a gas leak just to get them over to bust me. No I dont have a meth lab but wouldnt want anyone poking around my yard. I think Its best to talk to them If you get a bad vibe or attitude then maybe think about the cops it shouldnt be your first reaction.

If they are growing legally then it should be ok right? She is 54 and doesnt need to be sick in a house she owns, eff that. I say she should call the gas company first so maybe they can come out and have a look.

Also, is there a possibility of mold? I know you said that the townhome is new...but is that at all possible? There has to be someone that can help, kinda seems rediculous that its went on this long and the health problems are getting worse?? No good.

I think at her age if she doesnt have a man do it with her, she is going to put herself in a potentially bad situation.
I think its best she stays safe.

Great point I was actually wondering if she had A man she could have talk to them maybe a brother or friend.

My question would be, do you own or rent and is there a townhome association you can contact and complain about operating a commercial grow in a residential area. Many times townhome associations have prohibitive covenants preventing owners from conducting certain activities. How about the local zoning office or a city compliance officer. I would think if you contacted the city complaining about a commercial operation in a residential location, with fumes causing illness and symptoms, someone would come check it out. If they find a meth lab then THEY will contact the police and leave you out of it.

Very true most townhouse complex's do have an association, but the ones that do have a fee attached like an annual fee...if this is the case. This would probably be the safest way to go. Good Luck

I have been thinking about this for a few days and want to change my position. At first I didnt think you should call the police. After thinking about is I think you should call the cops. If they are just growing weed than no big deal. If however they do have some meth lab going it could kill you. Plus If they are making meth they should goto jail. That shit is soooo bad. I say do anything you can to stop these fucks from killing you and selling that shit to our kids.

its one thing growing grass, as its harmless grown on its own but when chemicals and shit effect others then its a different story that isn't even about the fact they are growing pot.

I dunno the air in my grow room is the healthiest air in the house by far.... These guys are cookin' something and using corrosives.... throat symptoms and sickness... extasy or meth is my sure guess.. who Always has a lot of insecticide going off, and don't u need a liscence to get the harmful insecticides.. I know in Canada I can't even get a bug bomb.. or mosquito dunks for gnats.. I had to smuggle 'em....
