If you provide more information such as type of soil, nutrients fed, and light you might get some responses. RH being 40 - 60 isn't much information.

It’s been in fox farm potting soil for the duration of its life. No added nutes just ph’d water around 6.2. It’s under 250 led watt light for 18 hours a day

250 actual watts I'm assuming, she might be getting hungry, also wouldnt hurt to rip that leaf off and see if it's just from a bug or something. Might have damaged it in some way shape or form as well

Thought about starting feeding it today. Don’t think it’s powdery mildew? It’s been in that soil for probably a month in a half

Looks more like rot too me like the inside got damaged and it started decaying. If it doesnt spread I wouldnt be to concerned. But keep an eye out for bugs or pests. Also somebody else who has seen this specifically might be able to help you pin down the issue. But it doesnt look like PM to me

Should I transplant it to different soil? I’m thinking about some coco and perlite so I know exactly what’s in it. Just don’t want to stress it out to much

I used to use amended soils but I switched to promix bx microhaize, it retains moisture really well and I can control what goes in as the mix is pretty simple amd not very amended 20200916_130827.jpg
