Greenhouse seeds Big Bang Grow done!

I just finished a grow of Big Bang from GHS. I have noticed that there is not a lot of information and smoke reports on some of their newer strains. So I figured I would make my contribution.

Purchased 5 fems. All 5 germed and all five were females. Not one pollen sack in sight!!! They were grown in 2.5 gallon pots. Vegged with cfl's and flowered with 400watt hps. Promix was the medium with a little added perlite. Fox Farm Tiger Bloom, Big Bloom, and Grow Big were the ferts.(all organic) Plants were kept small due to height restrictions in grow room.

During veg it was obvious that I was going to need odor control on this grow. Not a problem as I have a large carbon filter for that job. Halfway through flowering, it was all I could do to keep the odor under control. I mean this shit stunk my friends. Anyway all 5 girls were flowered for 9 weeks. Chopped them New Years Eve. (Nice new years present)
They dried very fast due to low humidity in dry room.
They were jarred after 5 days. Put a little lemon rind in jars to put some moisture back due to crispyness of buds. After 12 hours they were fine.

They have been curing 10 days now. No hay smell at all. When I open the jars to burp them, MY WHOLE HOUSE STINKS!!!
Have done some test buds just to see what I had. I suffer from Degenarative disc in lower back and I have anxiety which causes irratic sleeping. I smoked half a bowl and before I set my piece down, I could tell it was gonna kick ass. I smoke slow as to avoid lung expansion, but my buddy almost coughed up his lung:spew:!! The buzz for me is 95% all in the body. The little head buzz I get is fine. No paranoia. (remember anxiety). Once the buzz takes your body over you are knocked out!! That is just the way I like it.

I did not weigh yet. I usually do not. Scales, baggies, plants under same roof equal= Cultivation and intent to distribute!!! My weed is all personal. I share with a few friends but it is for me. My yield was about 6 oz's judging from past experience. I am a light smoker and I do cannabutter and firecrackers. I have enough weed to last me a year at least.

very nice. i harvested my big bang just before christmas. beautiful taste and smell. my plants didnt look as nice as yours though. only got just over an ounce each

thx for the report, i have some big bang coming in the mail. those ladies are bautiful, well done. thats the perfect height for the space im going to be using. how many days it was from germination until you started to flower them? thx in advance for resonse.

I too am waiting for my 5 pack of big bang fems to arrive. Those plants he grew look nice. cant wait to start mine now. going to be a hard grow to decide what i want to do with the space I have. I have to choose to between ww, white rhino, big bang, double strawberry diesel or seedsman purple bud for my next grow...I only have room for 6 plants and have other seeds as well....decisions, decisions, decisions...lol...The hardest part about this hobby is deciding what strain to go with...lol

Thanks for the report. I have grown GHS feminized White Widow, Trainwreck, Himalayan Gold, Alaska Ice, Super Silver Haze and Hawaiian Snow and I love their gear. No hermies. Just big beautiful plants that fuck you up. Still have more of their stains to do and Big Bang is one of them. Happy gardening.

6 0z lasts you a year???? must be nice man, i have an L2 thats cracked and i need a narcotic smoke.

ill need about a pound to last me a year. when its around me, its not around long.

excellent job, looks amazing. way to be smart and give the black market the boot!

All together I have about a half pound of weed with the others I mentioned. I smoke from a small glass bowl and I eat a little cannabis. When the shit is as good as my grows turned out, you only need very little to get high. I only get high at night to help me sleep. But if I see my supply running short, I have some Northern lights, alaskan ice, ktrain, skunk 1, Durban poision, masterkush seeds just waiting to be planted.
I planned on continuous growing but have a new girlfriend that frequents. I think you smart guys get the picture.

Vegged for 17 days, the height was perfect for my setup. Could have done 9 plants in SOG setup. Maybe next time

Looks great ;) I got some clones going, 15 of em... veg'd them for about 2 weeks.... or even 3....

Nice and practical report.thank you.
Just as I have the same problem in my growroom it seems you have some heat problem which make the fan leaves around the cola(the hottest Layer of the grow room ) dry,britlle and unevenly yellow.

my big bang fem seed sprouted today. i planted them on the 4th

Did you have any funny looking fan leaves Iam growing one big bang fem. I had one leaf in the third to fourth week of vegging that looked like two leaves growing out of one11 fan leafs in all grown one on top of ther other. Other than that I smell it as soon as I walk into my veg room and it is only one plant stalky looking thing I tell ya.
