What up Mammath? Ya I metioned the haze....... I know I know but I want to try some pretty damn bad hahaha. I am planning on using the haze as a mother plant and atleast trying to get some smokable bud out of her. I might end up just trashing it who knows? Right now I'm just on Autopilot till I pick up the growtent. All in all the BUKU will be getting all of my love and care the rest is just to look at you could say hahaha.

Aight guys so I have come to the decision that I am going to be ditching all but the BUKU come grow tent time. I jumped the gun on starting these but oh well. I'm going to try and find an outdoor plot for them. I won't be checking on them or anything but like maybe once a month just to see if they are still there but other than that come grow tent time they are gone. I went ahead and topped both the TSS's at the second node to keep them small and hideable when they go outside. The haze is a really slow starter for sure but as soon as she hits the third node she will be topped as well. They shouldn't get to big this late in the season so thats a good thing also. Anyways BUKU starting her second set of leaves. I'll probably snap some pics here in a bit so you guys can see. Still straight water, no nutrients for a while don't want anything to happen to my little lady. I hope the check comes in the mail today so come monday I can pick up the tent but if not then thats cool to lol. Anyways ill post some pics shortly.....

Anyways here is a pic of the BUKU about to end her 7th day of veg. I'm thinking of doing like 30 days of veg maybe a little more just gotta see how far along she is when I get to that point. I wana real yeild this grow so I'm gonna veg a bit longer to get her a bit more mature. Anyways without furthe adue here is the pic.

That's a nice lookin little lady there GFK, very healthy.
She's all indy too so buds should be fat, dense, and powerful.

She probably won't stretch too much in 12/12 so you'll be able to veg her to a decent size.

Oh no she will be topped at the 4th node much like your style of growing. I've grown to like the look of the topped plants and the idea behind it and want to give it a whirl. I'm sure I can get it lol. I'm hoping she won't stretch too much as 5 feet is the limit on height lol oh well I can get it done. Gonna veg her out to probably 30 days as said above, but who knows she might go longer in veg just gotta see where she is at, at that point and time ya know?

You should definately try to veg longer. Wouldnt hurt right? Shoot I veg'd..forever with lst of course. Either way everything is looking great man. That Buku is damn green man and looking healthy. Ill try to keep up but Im done playing unfortunately. Good luck man! Subscribed

Aight guys so I took some two pics tonight of the plant but they ended up really blurry so I'm gonna wait till tommorrow during the day get better lighting. I got this weird side growth on the BUKU not from the leaf node like I topper or something. I noticed the other day that the grow tip was like tilting like it was stretching for light as if it were tied down or someting. The light was directly over the plant and no LST yet weird huh?????? Anyways its still really small so still pretty to take pics of. Probably two three days with pics.

Good man just crusing one through the rest of this veg time. I'm itching to get the grow tent. BUKU is starting her 4th set of leaves, in about three to four days I'm planning on topping her at the 4th node. I'll have before and after pics up of it.

I know the feeling I know the feeling. I'm thinking of extending my veg time to about 40 days I don't know yet just gonna play it by the looks of things. 40 days sounds good. Probably gonna be transplanting her into a 1 gl container of some sort on sunday or monday, more than likely monday when I pick up the tent. Anyways pics to come..........

Aight guys the grow tent is FINALLY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went and picked it up today from the hydro store. Set it up and am testing it out with the TSS seedlings to make sure I don't get any off gassing and to check temps. The BUKU is in her night period so I didn't want to disturb her, and since I'm giving the TSS seedlings away I don't really care if they get messed up. Anyways, here are the pics of the new tent. Its 2x2x5'3, it'll do for what I want right now and I'm pretty excited I'm getting to use my HID AGAIN. It is a pretty tight fit but I should be fine until I get another tent. Then I will turn this one into my mother tent or veg spot for seedlings and use the other as a flower box. I'll probably down grade lights in the veg tent to a 250 better suited for that small of a tent. Also upgrade the tent size for flower chamber..... Anyways this isn't for months to come just future planning. Well here are pics hope you guys enjoy.... BTW I'll be starting a new thread when I get around to it I'll change the link in my sig and let everyone know when I do.....

Can you explain the exhaust set up?
It looks like the centrifugal fan is down the bottom doing what?
Shouldn't that be the one connected to your lamp sucking air out?

Mammath, ok so the tent is a bit tighter than I thought and the port sizes are a lot different too. I was thinking they would be 6 inch ports but they are only 5 inch ports I don't know why they wouldn't be 6 inch ports........ so I had these 4 to 6 inch things and pluged the 4" sides in the sock and the 6" for the ducting. The fan up top is the exhaust fan. The fan sitting on the floor is the intake fan sucking fresh air from the bottom pushing it into the tent. The 400 is really a bit too much for this tent as I am realizing. I could barely fit my hood in there and hook up the ducting. My hood is like right at 21" and the tent is only 25" across so not much room for movement of the duct work. Any ideas Mammath?

Getting rid of the TSS cause I don't have anywhere for them. I'm planning on filling the tent with just the BUKU. I jumped the gun on starting them and I know someone who wants em, also I don't wanna deal with the 14-15 week flowering period. And yes the were my topping experiment plants I topped both of them. I'll post pics of them. With just the one plant the BUKU I can put her in a pretty big pot and get some pretty BIG NUGS, and with the overkill of the 400w in that small tent I should be getting some decent colas in about 2 months. Anyways I'll take and post better pics tommorow night of the it set up in the closet.

Yeah that's a bummer about the port size. Why they make 5" I'll never know. WTF ducting or fan comes in 5"?
I don't know the power of your fans but I would suggest which ever is the more powerful to use as the exhaust.
The other can supply the intake.
I thought the centrifugal would be more powerful than the other.

The only thing I can suggest for that size hood in that size tent is to get a smaller hood lol.
I know that's not helpful but failing that do the best you can to fit the ducting without too many bends.
It's so important to suck the heat away from the bulb as best you can.

With a 400w covering 4 sqft that's a lot of lumens per sqft.
I don't have a problem with that but just watch for bleaching in the later stages of the grow as the plant gets taller.
Should make for some pretty dense nugs though.
I suggest a clamp mounted oscilating fan in there too if possible, to move that air around at canopy level.
If you got the space that is. It only has to be small like 6".

I like the way you set up those TSS with the topping, they look really good.
Shame they have to go but sacrifices have to be made.
