what is the meaning to the green bar above the avatar pic? some are long some are short.. thats what she said.. but for reall tho. whats it forrrr

It is kind of a stupid system, the more rep the person has the more rep it adds to you, so when you help newbs, you get shit for rep.....

Reps not everything... but can mean something. You gotta weed out the good from the bad around here...
