I am wondering if i can use a green light in my room while the plants are sleeping and on the 12/12 cycle.
The reason i even want to try this out is because I had to suffer through my fans keeping me up during the 18/6 cycle so I put my 12/12 cycle on at 5am-5pm so it wakes me up for work and I can use the lights in the morning.
I use a green light for my main bedroom but i want o know if i can use it INSIDE my room.
