My plants are in 12/12 now. I was just wondering if its cool to mist them during the dark period with a green light, or am I disturbing them. I wanna do it when its dark so my HPS's don't burn them. Thanks guys.

You can have a light on when your in there, 15-20 minutes of light isn't gonna hurt then.
I don't mean HID light. I'm talking about regular incandescent light. up on the ceiling.

IMO- I'd treat it like foliar spraying. you want to spray in the first 15-20 minutes from when the HID's come on. (don't spray your bulbs)
If your spraying in the dark, you run the chance the water won't evaporate, your buds get mold, if you don;t have the air movement when it's dark.
If the stomata are not open. all your doing is washing the leaves off in the dark cycle.

so right after the lights come on. What about right before the lights go out would that work too. It's just cause I heard that the light can get magnified through the water drops and possibly burn your leaves. I may be overthinking it like I usually do lol.

If your lights are to close maybe you might get some magnified water droplet burn.
IMO- I wouldn't worry about it. I've never had it happen. The lights are coming on your fan is on, the water you sprayed usually evaporates in 10-15 minutes.
