Green light from phone during flowering dark period

My Galaxy S3 has a flashlight app... it's called Flashlight, and the icon is a flashlight. It has different options like strobe, morse code and shit. It has a mode where the display is a solid color. I can set it to pure green #00ff00 and it creates quite a useful light for doin stuff in the flower tent during dark cycle. Could probably get the same effect just by opening an image of a green background on your smart phone or ipad or whatever.

Do you think this type of light would cause a problem?

I don't care what anybody says . YOU DON'T NEED TO GO IN THE GROW ROOM AFTER LIGHTS OUT !!!
If you really feel that you need to tend to things after lights out , don't be bitchin when things go south .

I see what Dadios saying. I don't understand what people are doing in their grow rooms during the dark period anyway. I've NEVER had anything important enough to do, to interrupt them during flower.

This is true. I used green lights to look at them or take pics but resently I feel like its simply best to not disturb them. I know chlorofill A&B can't see green but I resently saw something about the plant actually being able to notice it some other way but I digress... I just think its not worth it, we have 12 perfectly good hours to work in already, let them sleep if you love them.

If I need to go into my grow room after dark I've got a green 50mW laser pointer that lights up the whole room when pointed at the ceiling, and that's only IF I need to go in.

I have never understood why anyone has the need to go in the grow room during the night hours. You have 12 hours of daylight to do what you need to do.

People run their day hours during the night, to keep temps lower. In order to get shit done in the day, they need to go in during night hours.

This thread is a few months old and I have been using a pure green image on my phone this whole time with no problems. I go into the grow room during the dark cycle sometimes because I have shit to do or oversleep.

lol what if your office is in your grow room, I turn the exhaust fans and everything down towards the plants and put the co2 exhale blocks above them for better air circulation and co2 intake at night and my computer's monitor is points opposite and has a super dim option and i rarely get rowdy and jam out to waka but a majority of the time including when im not in the room a mix of beethoven, smooth jazz and bac at a quite level or however the fuck you spell his name

I just use the light from my phone display to go in the room during dark just for a quick peak and check the temps and humidity and I don't have hermie problems. Just don't do it often and keep it within a few seconds.
