Yea I did that now the whole probe glowsActually green light is mostly used for photosynthesis just not as efficiently as other parts of the spectrum.
Green light: Is it important for plant growth?
Green light is considered the least efficient wavelength in the visible spectrum for photosynthesis, but it is still useful in photosynthesis and regulates plant architecture.www.canr.msu.edu
I have a co2 meter with a green diode , I just cut a small square of aluminium and taped it over it.
Perhaps you could snap some pics so we can get a better idea of what you mean.Yea I did that now the whole probe glows
It’s a small led power light always onThe plants do use green light...it will depend on the brightness(LUX) and length of time its on whether or not it influences anything.
Small head lamp on for a few minutes more then likely won't do anything, but put say a 20 watt green light in the room and the plant(s) will more then likely stay in veg. (doesn't affect autos the same of course)
DO PLANTS USE GREEN LIGHT?
This article will (spoiler alert) dispel the myth that “plants don’t utilize green light” to promote plant growth and development.fluence.science
Ya if it was me...I'd try to open it and remove the led or if you cant open it then maybe some tape and black sharpie marker, but I'm not sure if sharpie will throw off your probe sensitivity or not because of the fumes they emit. It’s a small led power light always on
