green caterpillars ate little holes in leaves

will the leaves heal or stay how they are or just die
btw i did squash them suckers

what will deter them i used insecticidal soap yesterday when i spotted 2 but checked today and found 3 more and those had damaged alot of leaves

btw this is a 6 plant growbox in a shed

Expect the leaves to stay how they are (might yellow around the hole). Unless there is significant damage...then the leaf will most likely die.

ok just checked and found like 8 of the fuckers i thought they were getting in growbox but i moved so soil around and found them in the soil so i assume they r from larvae in the soil
what is creating them and what if i put sevin dust on top of soil

yes im using soil growing in a grow box in a shed
i meant what insect do they come from is it gnat larvae

I doubt it's gnats. Unless you have some monsters gnats comparative of Alaskan mosquitos, I mean birds. The description of catepillar would imply a moth or butterfly. A picture would help but you better hope it's not a variety like hornworms or cutworms.

ok where can i get neem from at a regular store i have no gro shops near and dont have time to wait to order online
i have another post asking the same thing
seems that everyone recommends it but no one will tell me how i can get my hands on it dont tell me it is only available at gro shops
