How many of you have ever used a Gravity Bong? I first used one in Richmond, VA about 11 years ago. I want to see how popular this smoking method is. Post some pics of your Gravity Bong. I have seen some fuckin creative GBs.

When I was like 13 I tagged along with a buddy of mine all the time who was a couple years older than me. He brought me to this guys house one time who had taken like a round trash bin from home depot or whatever and had turned it upside down and put that shit in his pool. It had a MASSIVE bowl piece. They were pulling it up from the deck and lighting it with those butane torch lighters ( a multi-man operation ). The people in the pool were going underwater and coming up inside the trash can like 2 at a time and just inhaling as much smoke as possible and then swimming back out. It was nuts. I never got to try it out but the idea always seemed awesome.

they are the ugliest and most "ghetto/whitetrash" looking of the smoke devices, usually anyway lol.
personally i think they are the best, hands down, smoking device.

Wow, took me a couple minutes to picture what you're talking about. Lol. I wouldn't wanna do that because of chlorine and shit but that's just me.

i make mine in a drainage sink for the washer (i don't use washer water just so we're clear). epic waste of water but i can have as long of a chamber as i need (the sink is 25 inches deep). i use a 2 liter with the bottom cut off for a chamber and i hotknife the cap for a screw on bowl. i usually only do it when my tolerance through the roof or my stash is not so great. easy way to get fucked up no matter how good your shit is.

5 gallon water jugs are the best. We used to use one with a kiddie pool in the backyard for parties on the weekends. Good times.

Connect two2liters together.then use a big soket for the bowl.but you gotta make sure everything is air tight or it sucks ass.

Nice guys. I actually didnt expect anyone to really participate here I just did this because I got ripped on GB hits yesterday and blew up the 12/12 thread with talk about my GB experience lol. A couple years back, me and a buddy went to a headshop in WV and found a REALLY long glass female stem piece. Like atleast 12" long. Whatever diameter my slide on my bong was at the time. Anyways, we slid the long stem through a cap for a 2 liter and just used the slide for my glass bong as the bowl for the gravity. This was REALLY fucking cool to do because it also actually filtered the smoke through the water. As you pull the GB up it bubbles. SUCH a smooth way to smoke a GB. Sadly enough that bong was taken by the police eventually when they entered my home uninvited one time.

I used to hit em all the time. Then I got a volcano. They hit you hard in the face. I remember the first time I ever hit one with my fav, the bright green happy weed (strong sativa) and promptly puked, coughed for like 5 minutes and thought I was going to die... then was so high words don't do it justice

yea I really want a volcano. dont got the loot for all that tho. I got 4 kids, 2 of which are 3 year old twins. Do you guys know how much money daycare for 3 year old twins is? Literally more money than I was making last year so I had to quit my job and pull them out of daycare and stay home to watch them. My wife works for a doctor she makes better money than I was plus has the insurance on the kids. So I got volunteered to be Mr. mommy now. Sorry for rambling lol Yea so I have NO money. Hence wanting to grow my own.

staying home with the kids, might be a greater blessing than you might imagine.
this is the time that never comes back and you get to see it all, instead of spending the day with a bunch of crappy adults lol.
yeah, you need to grow your own, its so much better and easier.
really, its much easier than buying.
im a daysmoker, 1-3g a day and im easily sufficient with only a 600w and a squaremeter of space. (probably could do it with a 400w too, but the 600 only cost 20 bux more lol )
i run the 12/12 at night so the fans and stuff are even a less of a bother
(and compared to buying all the time, the troubles that comes with growing are a blessing in comparison
)its cheap and easy to grow your own.

yea I just started my first grow. I'm almost a month in since i switched to 12/12. although I guess only like 2-3 weeks since they showed sex. Its a lot of fun and an awesome learning experience. It's also convenient to grow my own since I am home with the kiddos too. Which yea I love being here with them. They are so funny at this age. The crap that comes out of their mouths blows my mind. I suppose its cause they hang out with me too much lol

even if ya didnt have the space for a bigger lamp (its mostly the fan noise)
ya could grow a bunch with fluo´s, enough to save ya some serious cash (and plenty smoke, though perhaps not totally sufficient depending on you)
even if it only were a bunch of cfls in a square foot somewhere and 20grams of bud every 2 months, thats 20 grams of good smoke.
thats actually quite alot to someone thats "poor" and is buying (or poor enough so cant buy..)
so, like i say, its SO MUCH EASIER AND CHEAPER than lots of folks think
and on growing it?
its a weed (they grow pretty much whatever you do ) (course to get the most from it, needs tlc, but thats just a few grows and experience away (that is if ya have never cared for even a houseplant and if ya have, you can grow weed now with ease and wont even need the 2-3 customery learning grows)
