Just got my Grape Ape clone from a farmers market. Been looking for this strain for the longest time. With endless searching for clones and seeds (that weren't too expensive), I've finally found one!!! She ain't too shabby, just a little leggy, still not bad for 15 bucks :)

Man, maybe you can do an immediate clone, and bury down the whole stem ya know? Then put them under the correct lighting to reduce that stretch

I'm actually getting ready to pick up a T-12 flourescent light system next week. So hopefully that will help with it being stretched out like that.

Not bad $15 for a clone that size. Clones in my area from 10-$20.
Veg, then take a few clones and flower her out.
Strain,doesn't perform. Find another.

Good luck on you GA.

I had a clone of Super Grape Ape from Stockton, CA. It was a very short, early flowering plant. Finished in early september. Yet the buds are purple, sticky, and smell of grape. A definite keeper. I got one seed off it too. :) Have fun with yours. Veg it big.

So, I wanted to post this on Thanksgiving, but shit does happen. Finally got a flourescent system, just picked up a 4' x 4 bulb T-5 set up. Gonna be changing bulbs to get tighter nodes. But as it seems that Grape Ape loves what I've been doing so far. In between feedings, I've been giving her 1/2 strength Super Thrive, she's definetly loving the extra nutes. I should be cutting some clones on Tuesday. I know its only been about a little over a week, since I've put her in soil, but I think it's time.

Nice. I've been looking for this strain for such a long time with no luck. Then one day I found her at a farmers market here in Seattle. Best 15 bucks I've ever spent.

Another quick update for my Grape Ape lady. She's getting nice a bushy. I cut 7 clones from her on the 27th. Half of them have already taken root and the other half is almost there!
