Grand Rapids Inn - not mj friendly either.

I had to go to grand rapids earlier this week. Grand Rapids Inn is right by highway. OMG is this place a fucking dump.
Checked in, rolled a few, called a cab went to bar close-by.
Walked back from the bar around midnight-ish. Motherfucker is in my room stealing my meds!!!!
Shady motherfucker tried saying he was a security officer and showed me some toy badge. roflmao.
Stay clear of this dump people.

Yeah, you ended up at the spot where they send all the sex offenders when they get out of prison. Not only that, the other 50% would be dealers, hookers, and crackheads.

Umm last I knew Gr enforced its new law for possession .. I would have told this guy to take his toy badge elsewhere but then again I have many places that I can crash in Gr and I understand its no fun to sleep in a vehicle in any metropolitan area lol . It probably was best for you to keep this as you did .. Fuck Grand Rapids and the scum that reside there , sure there are good people there but in my 14 years there they seemed to be genuinely rare .

Ouch. I know plenty of good people that live in Grand Rapids after living there for 20 years. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. There are plenty of crazy people and violence depending on where you are in the city.

I will admit there is quite a difference between people living in a big city and small city.

If you avoid the sketchy places Grand Rapids can be rather nice. Sorry to hear that happened to you gladstoned.

I would have closed the door behind me and done something about it. Even in a hotel they have to have proof etc before entering even WITH the hotel managers help. Was the manager present as well? If not all bets would have been off and I would have settled the score...

I laughed at the badge, took my shit back from him. He went from explaining he was security, to explaining he was going to lay my white ass out on the parking lot. It did not go down the way he thought. He was quickly running for the office, calling 9-1-1. Fucking pussy. The next night while sobering up, it dawned on me that the guy may have very well been motel security after all. roflmao.

Belle's bro got out of prison 10 years ago. I picked him up. When we got home, we walked in the house - Belle came running up to him to hug him and just before she got to him, he bent over and started puking all over the kitchen floor. He stumbled to the kitchen table, sat down and passed out, cuzz I had him so fucked up. roflmao. Everyone but belle still jokes about that. lol. She didn't want me picking him up this time. She made me promise I wouldn't get into any trouble. roflmao. I checked in and took a cab to go have a few beers just so I couldn't get into any trouble. Not sure how I could go through so much trouble trying to avoid trouble. lol. As I was leaving the motel, talking to belle on the phone, she was just screaming at me. She didn't seem as surprised at me, that this happened. lmao.

I caught him leaving the room. Door was closed and he was walking toward the office. I got his ass. Problem is, that's on tape. I called up there the next day. They said they had a call they smelled mj. He did a room check and took the bag. Camera has me walking up, yelling at him, then assaulting him. lmao. oops. The manager (nick) says the called the cops, cops came. He says I'm banned from that shit hole and if I ever come back I will be arrested for assaulting their security guard. In my defense, the dude went into my room, stole from me, then said he was going to beat my ass. He had it coming. He's lucky I was being on my best behavior. lmao.

As long as you're on good spirits that's all that really matters. my ass holds grudges too long...

Ya, I literally walked into the room, took a piss, ground up a bud, rolled 3 joints, sparked one and called the cab. Smoked it while I was waiting for cab.
I'm sure security and everyone smelled it walking by the room. This place is a fucking dump, nobody would stay there sober. No way in hell.
I was finishing the 3rd joint as I walked up and caught dude coming out of my room. lmao

I stayed at the shitty looking place so I could smoke in the room and not hear any bullshit about it the next day w/$200 cleaning fee or some bullshit.

I wasn't exactly sure if I was in trouble or not.

I had a hotel manager in GR knock on my door when I was rolling a few up and said he smelled mj and wanted to search the room I laughed in his face and slamed the door. Fucking people think they can go around acting like leo.

My car was parked in front of the room and it had to be between 11pm and midnight. I can't help but wonder if I would
have woke up to some motherfucker in my room. That would quickly take mindset from - my bag is in danger, to - my life
is in danger.

Just from a business perspective it does not make much sense. I can see them wanting to keep the crack smoking hooker banging to a minimum, but a little
ganja smoke can only improve the smell of most hotel rooms I ever stayed in.
