Grafting

I have a plant thats just a random bag seed. Its about 3 months old and healthy. I was wondering if i cud graft a plant thats only a few weeks old into my other plant? Is this possible? Ive seen videos on youtube about grafting mature plants but never just cutting down a baby plant with only a few nodes and fan leaves intoa fully mature plant. If this is possible can i put the plant into flowering after it heals up or is the newly grafted shoot going to be too immature or somethin and produce a shitty bud?

i watched a video on vegetable grafting, and it said that some of the plants they cloned flowered (or produced) for up to a month longer than ungrafted ones. i dont know how this would apply with cannabis.
