Got the Skill to grow from seed?

Even a paper towel is too complicated for my lazy ass...just throw them in a glass of tapwater (in the dark) till you see a tiny root...then just plant them in the soil/cube/whatever.

100% success rate with Nirvana seeds so far (touch wood!)

Nirvana yeah.... I'll check that out and give your method a go. Nice one.
 
I had a lot of trouble germing but eventually I just planted the seeds in soil and put a 2 liter top (cut a 2 liter in half) over the Solo cup and kept warm. Had lights on em and they popped.

ALL SEEDS THAT DIDNT POP OR HAD ISSUES WHEN SEEDLINGS WERE GREENHOUSE SEEDS!

I am by no stretch of the imagination even an amateur grower but its kind of funny that I germed 5 GHS and have a 10% (have one in seedling form now....not looking too great) and germed others with 100% success rate. I cant imagine such a large name in the seed biz pulling funny business like that but i suspect it has to do with their breeding. I bet they hormone the shit outta their plants.... Piss poor genetics..
 
hey an easy way to germ is to pop the shell. like a sunflower seed, then u will see a small embryo with the colyteons and the small tap root. then place them in soil or rockwool, then place those under some veg lights and ull c. but b very careful not to crush the embryo inside

I highly wouldnt suggest that... With the ratio of crushed:viable embryos, I think you might as well try to germinate in OJ. Just fer' the fuckovit.

In the many web forums I have read not 1 time have i heard of popping/crushing your beans on purpose, until your post.
I have seen a few post that rough up the shell with sand paper, it the beans are old, but crushing them on purpose sounds crazy for a Pro but is ludicrous to advise a new grower to do so.
 
im not saying to do it all time, just for those tricky seeds. my critical jack auto wouldnt pop 3 weeks in rockwool, then i cracked the seeds in half on the edges. itll make a pop noise then u use the tweezers to pry open the pointed end. u will then see the tiny embryo

I got them for herbiesheadshop. They looked quality. good packaging an that. Its a good site to. Good right ups and that.... So now you got me thinking... Are alot of seeds banks and the reads up rubbish???

I bought Barney's Farm LSD and GHS Pineapple Express from Herbie's and ALL of them failed. Would never buy from them again. I've had success with Single Seed Centre, Attitude and, especially, Sannies who has the best customer service I've ever seen.

I'm going give this a go just so i'v tried it !!! Got some old weed seeds somewhere.... So you just pop them. Open them a lil bit. Then leave them in the bag yeah???
