thats where its gonna get tricky. your best bet is to go ahead and start transplanting now. the more you wait the worse the situation gets. think of it like a tree that grows right next to a house. ever seen the roots rip up concrete? those roots will basically make a huge fighting root knot if not taken out. if you transplant be ready to see your plants go into some form of shock. with the lighting not being proper, they are already stressing (hence the stretching). Your plants talk to you if you listen to the signs. those puppies are begging for light and honestly your soil looks like clay. These conditions are going to lead down a bumpy road. All these factors can and will lead to either root rot or just very poor growth/yield.
