begginner.....cfl........money to spend??? hps. hands down
it really depends on your budget, if you can i would go for an hps/mh light system. these produce more than enough lumens for a few plants and come in various watts.the cfl's are ok but you need lots of them to get any decent amount of buds.you water your plants when they need it, wait until the soil dries out before watering so you dont overwater them.
