I concur, something is going on with Greybeard seeds. I've ordered with them successfully for years buty second last order took several weeks to process. I received an email for 50% off sitewide recently and placed a small order December 20 because of the sale. Today (a week later) I emailed Robin Curtiss who is apparently the CEO about my order status as I received an email receipt and my card was billed. Robin started by saying that the "idiots" that redeveloped their site screwed up and then accused me of lying about my order and "how shitty a thing to do" by me. After being sworn at and insulted some more, I asked for a refund but said I'll dispute the charge first thing in morning. The response, "go ahead and I'll slap your a$$ into collections" because you know, I lied about my payment and order that I showed receipts for. I could go on and on for hours but if anybody thinks I'm again being dishonest, reach out. I'll gladly forward all emails to show what a quality human being we are dealing with. In closing, do yourself a favor. DO NOT USE GREYBEARD SEEDS FOR ANY REASON! Seedsman now ships out of Illinois, there's North Atlantic Seedbank as well as many many more. I'm not normally in the interest of publicly slamming somebody but this company is the antithesis of the welcoming community we are trying to cultivate. An order with Greybeard is a slap in the face of growers worldwide. A lousy business is one thing, a lousy person is another issue altogether. Again, if you think I'm being dishonest, I'll GLADLY forward all correspondence to you as proof of this lousy excuse for a person.
