I prefer dryDo they work best for wet or dry trimming? I've considered one before but have only ever dry trimmed. Maybe it's time to try the bowl/net for wet.

I would finish the dry before you trim otherwise you will have the same problem. Make sure leaves are crispy before you try to dry trim. I usually just do a quick hand trim after to get what’s left.I always did wet. Tried hafl dry last night and it just pressed the leaf into the buds gonna lose the blade risers and put a fresh edge on the blade and try again tonight
