I'm not against it, but it's largely a placebo feel good thing. Most people will panic when being fired at, especially kids and just hunker down. You'd need members of the school baseball team in those classrooms ( accurate throwers) or country kids used to throwing rocks over distance for this to have any effect. Don't bet the farm on this lol
I thought the same thing but also thought how quick the kids were to grab their phones to record shit. If they know enough to do that maybe they could remember to chuck some rocks.
Yeah, I agee. And it all comes down to money in the end. When they looked at the cost of $5K per door anti-ram amored door and frame, that bucket 'o rocks looked pretty cheap.
Yup, exactly what I was thinking lol. Most of us got gassed in basic; we all lived but never wanted to go through it again. I'd wager that once the whole student body and staff were gassed just one time; they'd all be self-policing and talking up any suspicions
