I have been trying to register some of my guns in Cali because you need to have one registered to buy ammo. My non real ID drivers license is not an acceptable ID, so I will try to send a copy of my military ID next. The long guns weren't registered in the past. At least they haven't gotten to the point where you can only buy ammo for the specific gun you have registered.

i have two 9mm pistols and a 9mm hi-point carbine, all the same ammo...

Don't you also have to submit a vaccination card and proof of Tesla to buy ammo in CA?

Update
The "armorer" on the set was Hannah Gutierrez, daughter to famous exhibition shooter, stuntman, armorer and Hollywood weapons master, Thell Reed, who would brook no shit on set when it came to weapons handling. What an embarrassment to Pop.

sounds like she wasn't very good at her job, and neither were a few more people on set...
