Thompson 45 muzzleloader. Serial number is under #1500. Been on the wall since the mid 70's. The stock is a nice i think and i like the peep sight. Always wanted to take it out during muzzleloader season but never did...yet.

..currently accepting orders for Rack Grades $700, Rack Plus $850 and Expert Grades $1150. Available for mail order only.
Damn prices have gone up since I got Dad one. Think I paid 550 for service grade? Might have been rack grade, it's been a long time. Rifle was nice for a shooter that dad just wanted because he was in the Korean War. One of my favorite military long guns. My favorite is the BAR but unless I hit the lotto it's going to be a fantasy. Thanks for the heads up, I'm sure someone in my group will be looking at them.

3 things I regret not having followed thru and bought when they were "relatively" cheap in the 70's and 80's were WW2 Japanese or German Naval binoculars, an Enigma machine and a Thompson SMG. Now, any of those are un affordable. Even beater MG and SMG's and most DEWAT's are astronomically priced.

My buddy paid 32,000 for his Tommy gun back in the 90s. Now they're just nuts as are most Class 3 firearms. It's a blast to shoot full auto .45 but with the cost of ammo now a days, I'll stick with my 1911's.
