I don,t really see the sense in that comment. Even if the police did come up and you said that, they couldn't do anything about you saying you knew the street value.

You're not a dealer if you just know the price.

Also, they apparently already had a warrant to come to the house, so keeping the door closed isn't much of a good thing. Might as well just check into odour control, and looking to simply conceal the plants as much as possible, such as if there's a thermo-copter in the air, turn off the lights, and just say you had an accidental heating issue in the basement. I doubt the 30 min lack of light will endanger plants whatsoever.

Damn man, I wish you the best. We should all learn something from this and make it that much harder for the cops to "sniff" us out. The number 1 reason growers get busted is by running their mouth. The number 2 way is poor odor control. That was good advice about doing a walk around and smell. I did one tonight and damned if I didnt get a faint smell from my window AC. I need to come up with a solution. It appears I need a new filter.

Kudo to you for sharing this unfortunate event. It has already made me re-focus.

They are still putting a street value on something, and putting it way off for one reason, a jury.

I think if i got busted id rather stand trial for the true street value than a made up police value to make me sound like some Mr Big with figures like a street value of £25 grand, its the very same as stealing a car, but they charge you with 25 cars, they do it all the time in the UK.

Did you ever mind the wee old lady in scotland ? she got done about 4 times and stood one day and told the judge to go feck himself, she would puff the herb if she wanted to puff the herb, she was mint and told it how it is. think she was from up north, ended up passing away with old age, everytime she got out of prison she just started growing again, fair play to her.
