I'm not hating, I'm laughing my ass off.

You are to new around here to understand why many of can tell you are a new if you grow at all full of shit schmuck, on his way down if much of anything you say is true.

Don't know where to get clones, just lost $300 + in a seed order, running out dated cheap equipment you got off of e-bay, and still dealing with the shock of an electric bill and cost of standard growing supplies. You can't or won't answer most of the direct questions you've been asked because you don't know the answers. And they have been very basic questions. You use a state law to obtain your rights and then federal law to argue legality, while you repeatedly admit to "not giving a shit what laws you break as long as you get paid"...

Now all the cops have to do is reply to your clone thread and hook up with you.
You've given them enough to convict you 5 times over.
Your posts are actually confessions.. (Not that anyone with common sense believes them)

So no hate here brother, just laughs...

I think 200 an oz is a fair price for good meds. It allows for a modest profit, without gouging. Yes, a dispensary will have to charge more to cover costs..but not 400 an oz.

I do grow for myself..no patients. But I do have overages, and I'd like to be able to legally "sell" them, receive 'donations" for them, or whatever you wish to call it. Not to profit greatly, more to off set costs.

My room eats 400 a month in electricity, add to that materials (new bulbs, soil, guano, kelp, azomite, humic acid)
and it probably cost me close to $1200 to grow out 6 plants. Plus my time..it takes a couple days just to hand manicure.

Say (hypothetically) that I get 12oz finished every 2 months. (Sativa dominate, high quality, low yield strain)..I'll need my 2.5 oz to last until the next harvest, so that leaves 9.5 oz 'overages' every 2 months. At 200 an oz, that's $1900. Minus $1200 in growing costs..I get $350 a month and free meds...that seems pretty fair .

As the law sits now...I'm supposed to destroy the overages? That sucks.

Well that's how we do it where I'm from , personal growers that became caregivers after we learned how to grow.
We understand that our lights would be on any ways, and most of the time we have open space wasting light, so adding another couple of plants to a cycle only adds pennies to the over all cost.

In our circle we cover others patients meds if anything goes wrong with their grow.
We all follow the exact same growing techniques and use all of the same nutes and additives.
No matter what the patient gets fresh quality meds.

Yup, that's why I flower 6 plants (my other 6 are in veg) once you set up the proper room to grow, it will hold 6 plants easy.

i will agree to this-if it was completly legalized then 200 an oz would be an acceptable price-but the risk is way to high for 200 an oz under current FED laws.
you need to stack enough cash to replace what's seized and time you won't be able to provide for your family.

If it were completely legalized...the price would drop much lower. It's a pretty simple thing to grow..especially outdoors...quite simply, if it were completely legal, supply would out pace demand...which would be great..AS I WOULDN'T"T HAVE TO GROW MY OWN

You do all understand that these prices are set by the market. It's simple economics 101 really, supply and demand.
Besides at the end of the day who cares what people charge or don't charge. This is America. We should be able to have the freedom to charge whatever the hell we want to. Don't like it don't buy it, simple as that.

If it were legal than who would pay for it? It would be devalued, like a tomato or green pepper plant in your back yard garden. I know I wouldn't pay for something I could just stick in the back yard for free.

You'd be surprised how many people still pay good $ for tomatoes :)

Not everyone has the luxury of being able to grow in their backyard, much less even have a backyard. Besides do you really grow everything you could just stick in your backyard, is it viable or even worth it? Point being there is a market for everything, produce included. This is why farmers grow it, and supermarkets sell it. Go check out "organic" produce from Whole Foods or Joe's. Call it devalued if you want but it certainly isn't cheap.

just like prop 19 said that you could only have a 5 x 5 garden you will run out of medz then you will have to go look for it. and geuss what there were going to be like 4 people that had permits in oakland to grow a shit load of it and then you would have to buy from them. dont hate on people that harvest weed for a living you should be happy to buy weed from them because they are going to spend it in your community not stack millions in there bank and buy jet planes. 200 a ounce is wat I charge i was charging 175 but I feel thats to cheap for what i got. i sold sum weed to the club for 175 a ounce and went back in there a couple days later and they were selling it for 180 a half. thats why I set a low price so everyone can make money. if you get caught most likly you were slipping. iv been growing for 6 years now back to back harvests never missed one and i have never had a problem at any location.
