got a question about cfl lights...

This is mu first time growin with cfl will 4 100watts cfl work with 5 plants....

If it is 100 true watts then yes. If you are using the equivalent rating and have 23w or 26w cfls, then no.

..... i have 1 plant under 12x26Watts CFL bulbs....... i started with 3-4x 26w till it was 3 inches, then add 2 cfls every 1.5inches... am in flowering and usings 12 CFL so its 312watts.... u need about 150watts for vege and twice for flowering... so for 5 plants 400-500watts vege and 600-700watts... i would not go over 3 plants with CFL unless u have a shit load of CFLs ,,, go with HPS if u want that many plants.

The 23W or 26W have better lumens per watt then high wattage ones ...meaning more light per watt.....
U can get 2-3 42watts or higher and surround the plants sides with 23 or 26 watters..hope this helps.....
